Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz snap peas
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 to taste salt and pepper to taste

Whisk together soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 60 seconds.

Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 90 seconds without stirring until one side turns opaque.

Flip shrimp and cook another 90 seconds until just cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

Add bell pepper and snap peas to the same skillet. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
