Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set the sauce aside.

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Mince garlic and ginger, and slice bell pepper and green onions.

Heat vegetable oil in a 12-inch wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering.

Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until just pink. Transfer to a plate.
