Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

    Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Heat 1 tbsp neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add chicken in a single layer. Cook without stirring for 3 minutes until bottoms are golden.

    Stir and cook 2 more minutes until cooked through. Push chicken to the side of the skillet.

    Add broccoli, ginger, and garlic to the empty space. Stir-fry for 3 minutes until broccoli is bright green.

    Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over everything. Toss until coated and sizzling, about 1 minute.
