Ingredients

  • 4 large scallops in shell
  • 3 oz glass noodles
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 stalks green onion, sliced thin

Instructions

    Pour boiling water over glass noodles in a bowl. Let sit 4 minutes until tender, then drain.

    Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high until foaming. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
