Ingredients

  • 8 slices bologna, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 4 slices white bread or sandwich bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup dill pickle chips

Instructions

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute until hot.

    Add 4 bologna slices to the skillet without overlapping.

    Fry 2–3 minutes per side until edges curl and brown spots appear.

    Transfer fried bologna to a plate. Repeat with remaining 4 slices.

    Butter one side of each bread slice. Wipe skillet clean.

    Toast buttered bread in the skillet 90 seconds per side until golden.

    Spread mustard on one slice. Layer fried bologna and pickles on top.

    Top with second bread slice. Cut diagonally and serve hot.
