Ingredients
- 8 slices bologna, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 4 slices white bread or sandwich bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- ¼ cup dill pickle chips

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute until hot.

Add 4 bologna slices to the skillet without overlapping.

Fry 2–3 minutes per side until edges curl and brown spots appear.

Transfer fried bologna to a plate. Repeat with remaining 4 slices.

Butter one side of each bread slice. Wipe skillet clean.
