Ingredients
- 4 cups lettuce
- 1 large tomato
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt

Wash and dry the 4 cups lettuce, then tear into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large salad bowl.

Cut the 1 large tomato into wedges and the 1 medium cucumber into half-moons. Add to the bowl with the lettuce.

In a small dry skillet over medium heat, toast the 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 0.5 tsp mustard seeds until fragrant and the sesame seeds are lightly golden, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Juice the 1 lemon into a small bowl. Whisk in the 2 tbsp olive oil and 0.5 tsp salt until combined.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the vegetables.
