Ingredients

  • ¾ lb lamb shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 pieces pita bread
  • 1 cup fresh tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

    Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

    Add lamb slices to the marinade, toss well, and let sit for 10 minutes.

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook lamb in batches for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
