Ingredients
- ½ lb beef ribeye or short loin, thinly sliced (1/16 inch)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
