- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated

Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente, ~9 minutes. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
