Ingredients
- ½ lb fresh sushi-grade fish (e.g., tuna or salmon)
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 4 green olives
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or chives)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 crackers
Instructions

Dice the 0.5 lb fish into small cubes and place in a bowl. Finely chop the 4 cherry tomatoes and 4 green olives, then add to the fish.

Chop the 2 tbsp fresh herbs and add to the bowl. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and toss gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Spoon the tartare onto a plate and serve with the 8 crackers on the side. Enjoy immediately.
