Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 medium onion
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Finely chop the 1 medium onion.

    In a large bowl, combine the 1 lb ground pork, chopped onion, 0.5 cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 0.5 tsp black pepper. Mix until just combined.

    Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.

    Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F and the top is browned.
