Ingredients
- 2 steaks filet mignon steaks
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pinch salt and pepper

Place the 1 lb baby potatoes in a pot, cover with salted water, and boil until fork-tender, about 12 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.

While potatoes cook, heat a skillet over high heat. Season the 2 filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until browned and cooked to your liking.

In the same skillet, add the 2 cups broccoli florets and 1 cup brussels sprouts with a splash of water. Cover and steam until bright green and tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.

Mash the potatoes with the 2 tbsp butter and a splash of milk or water until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
