  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • ½ medium yellow onion
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (or Aleppo pepper)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or mint (chopped)

Instructions
