Ingredients

  • 2 whole English muffins
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup pepperoni slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Split each English muffin in half. Arrange cut-side up on a sheet pan.

    Preheat broiler to high. Position oven rack 4 inches from heat.

    Spread 2 tablespoons marinara on each muffin half. Leave a thin border.
