Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- ½ cup carrot (finely diced)
- ½ cup red bell pepper (diced)
- 2 cups cooked rice (day-old or cooled)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (frozen broccoli, snap peas, or stir-fry mix)
