Ingredients
- 1.5 cans (15 oz each) canned fava beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 whole lemon, halved
- ½ tsp cumin
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pieces pita bread
- 1 cup each tomato and cucumber, sliced
