Ingredients
- 1 12 inch pizza crust
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place the 1 pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread 0.5 cup tomato sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a 1 inch border.

Scatter 1 cup sliced mushrooms and 1 cup shredded mozzarella over the sauce. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.

Remove from oven and carefully crack 2 eggs onto the pizza, spacing them apart. Return to oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until the egg whites are set but yolks are still runny.
