Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 lb potatoes, diced small
- 1.5 lbs seafood (shrimp, scallops, cod), bite-sized
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 serving salt and black pepper to taste

Cook bacon in a large pot over medium-high until crispy, ~5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

In the same pot, melt butter in the bacon fat. Add potatoes and stir to coat.

Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until potatoes are tender, ~8 minutes.
