- 1 lb Dungeness crab meat (fresh or thawed)
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)
- 1 whole garlic clove
- 2 whole brioche buns
- 1 tbsp butter (for toasting)
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (dill or chives, chopped)
