Ingredients

  • 10 pieces frozen siu mai (pork-shrimp dumplings)
  • 8 pieces frozen pan-fried dumpling wrappers (with filling)
  • 4 pieces frozen char siu bun (bbq pork bun)
  • 3 tbsp neutral cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp chili oil or chili crisp
  • ½ bunch scallions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced (or ginger-garlic paste)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with foil.

    Toss siu mai and dumplings with 2 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on sheet pan.

    Brush char siu buns with remaining oil. Add to pan, keeping them slightly separate.

    Roast for 10–12 minutes until dumplings are golden and buns are warm and soft.

    Whisk soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl for dipping. Drizzle chili oil over platter.

    Scatter scallions over everything. Serve with dipping sauce on the side.
