Ingredients

  • 8 pieces frozen siu mai (pork dumplings)
  • 8 pieces frozen har gow (shrimp dumplings)
  • 4 pieces frozen egg rolls
  • 3 tbsp chili oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 whole scallion (white + green parts, sliced)

Instructions

    Heat air fryer to 375°F (or use a preheated oven at the same temp).

    Arrange siu mai, har gow, and egg rolls on the air fryer basket in a single layer.

    Cook for 10 minutes until dumplings are heated through and egg rolls are crispy.

    Pour chili oil and soy sauce into two small bowls for dipping.

    Slide dumplings and egg rolls onto a plate. Scatter scallion on top.
