Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Place the 6 eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then cover and remove from heat; let stand for 12 minutes.

Drain the eggs and cool under cold running water. Peel the eggs and slice each in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl.

Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp mustard, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper; stir until smooth and creamy.

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with the 1/2 tsp paprika. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
