Ingredients
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- ¾ cup raw almonds
- ⅓ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ tsp salt

Add dates and almonds to a food processor. Pulse until mixture is coarse and holds together when squeezed, ~30 seconds.
