  • 1.5 lbs fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz dark chocolate (70% cacao or higher), chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp fleur de sel or sea salt
  • ¼ cup crushed pistachios
  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried raspberries, crushed
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Instructions

    Pat strawberries completely dry with paper towels. Line a sheet pan with parchment.

    Microwave chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy, ~90 seconds total.

    Hold a strawberry by the stem and dip it three-quarters of the way into melted chocolate, twisting gently to coat.

    Place dipped strawberries on the parchment, then immediately sprinkle with salt, pistachios, raspberries, or sesame seeds before chocolate sets.
