- 1 cup milk (whole, 2%, or oat)

Pour 2 tablespoons instant coffee, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 2 tablespoons hot water into a medium mixing bowl.

Using an electric hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture on medium-high speed for 2–3 minutes until it transforms into a thick, pale, fluffy mousse with stiff peaks, like frosting.

Fill two glasses halfway with cold milk, using 1/2 cup per glass.
