Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry sheets
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 whole egg yolk (for brush)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut puff pastry into 12 squares and press each into a muffin cup.

    Whisk eggs, condensed milk, whole milk, and vanilla until smooth and pale.

    Pour custard mixture into pastry shells, filling each about three-quarters full.

    Brush pastry edges lightly with egg yolk for golden color.

    Bake 12–14 minutes until custard is set but centers jiggle slightly, pastry edges golden.

    Cool 2 minutes in pan, then pop out and serve warm or at room temperature.
