Ingredients
- ½ lb ground pork
- ¼ lb shrimp, finely chopped
- 2 stalks green onion, minced
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 24 count wonton wrappers
- 2 cups neutral oil for frying
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce, jarred
- 1 tbsp lime juice

Combine pork, shrimp, green onion, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl. Mix until just blended.

Place 1 tsp filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Wet edges with water, fold in half, then bring corners together.

Heat 2 cups oil in a large pot or wok to 350°F (a wooden spoon handle should bubble steadily).
