Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked brisket, thick-sliced (roughly 1 inch)
- 1 lb frozen steak fries
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup beef broth
- ½ cup dill pickle spears
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
Instructions

Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high. Working in batches, sear brisket slices 2 minutes per side without moving until edges char. Transfer to a plate.

Add butter and beef broth to the skillet, scraping up browned bits. Return brisket slices and toss to coat, then reduce to medium-low and simmer 3 minutes.
- 3
While brisket cooks, bake fries in a separate oven at 425°F for 12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- 4
Arrange brisket on a plate. Sprinkle smoked paprika over the top, then pour pan sauce around the meat.
