Ingredients
- 12 count large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1.5 cups crispy chow mein noodles (canned or fried wonton noodles)
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 count egg white
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 cups neutral oil for deep frying
- 1 count lime

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Toss with cornstarch and a pinch of salt until evenly coated.

Whisk egg white in a small bowl. Dip each shrimp in egg white, then roll in crushed chow mein noodles, pressing gently so they stick.
