Ingredients

- ½ cup glutinous rice flour (sweet rice flour)
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ cup red bean paste or black sesame paste
- ¾ cup sesame seeds (white)
- 2 cups neutral oil for deep frying

Mix flour, rice flour, sugar, and 0.75 cups warm water in a bowl until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
