Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs (rack or spare ribs), cut into 2-3 rib sections
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp caraway seeds (optional)

Instructions

    Pat ribs dry and arrange on a sheet pan. Season generously with salt, pepper, and half the paprika.
