Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork spare ribs or baby back ribs
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp white vinegar

Pat ribs dry. Mix honey, mustard, minced garlic, paprika, vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Arrange ribs on a sheet pan. Brush glaze generously over both sides, coating every edge.

Roast at 425°F for 18–22 minutes, flipping and re-glazing halfway through, until edges are dark and meat pulls back from bones.
