Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen edamame (in pods)
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Set the oven to 425°F and place a large sheet pan inside to heat, about 5 minutes.

While the oven heats, place the frozen edamame in a large bowl and add the olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.

Stir the edamame with a spoon until every pod is evenly coated with oil and salt, about 1 minute.

Carefully remove the hot sheet pan from the oven using oven mitts and pour the oiled edamame onto it in a single layer.

Slide the pan back into the oven and roast for 6 minutes, then shake the pan side to side to roll the pods so they brown evenly.
