Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie pork (or leftover pulled pork, shredded)
- 6 oz tortilla chips
- 1.5 cups sharp cheddar or Mexican blend cheese, shredded
- ½ cup pickled jalapeños (with brine)
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or green onion, chopped

Preheat broiler to high. Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on a sheet pan.
