Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie pork (or leftover pulled pork, shredded)
  • 6 oz tortilla chips
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar or Mexican blend cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup pickled jalapeños (with brine)
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or green onion, chopped

Instructions

    Preheat broiler to high. Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on a sheet pan.

    Toss shredded pork with barbecue sauce until evenly coated.

    Scatter pork over chips, then sprinkle cheese evenly across the top.

    Broil 3–4 minutes until cheese melts and edges of chips brown slightly.

    Remove from oven and scatter jalapeños over the top with a drizzle of their brine.

    Dollop with sour cream, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
