Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Pork spareribs or short ribs, cooked
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- 8 count Warm flour tortillas (6–8 inch)
- 1 set Lime and fresh cilantro, for serving

If ribs are cold, let them rest at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Remove meat from bones and shred into bite-sized pieces with two forks.

Mix cumin and garlic powder in a small bowl.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 60 seconds.

Add shredded pork and sprinkle cumin mixture evenly over the top.
