Ingredients
- 2 pieces (6-inch) pita bread
- 4 cups (chopped) romaine lettuce
- 2 medium (diced) tomatoes
- 1 medium (diced) cucumber
- 4 small (thinly sliced) radishes
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sumac
