Ingredients

  • 12 cups pre-made phyllo cups (2-inch)
  • ¾ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt or sour cream
  • ½ lemon lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Instructions

    Combine feta, yogurt, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mash until creamy but still chunky.

    Fold in most of the dill, reserving a pinch for garnish. Taste and adjust lemon or salt.

    Spoon or pipe filling into phyllo cups, filling each about three-quarters full.

    Garnish with reserved dill and a light crack of black pepper. Serve immediately.
