Ingredients
- 4 sheets pane carasau (Sardinian flatbread)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 leaves fresh basil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange pane carasau sheets on a sheet pan in a single layer.

Brush both sides of each sheet with olive oil. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
