Ingredients
- 1 lb potatoes, boiled and diced small
- ¾ cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 16 count square wonton wrappers
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

Mix diced potatoes, peas, cumin seeds, and chili powder with a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Place 1 tsp filling in center of a wonton wrapper. Wet all edges lightly with water.

Fold wrapper into a triangle, pressing edges to seal. Repeat until all samosas are filled.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

Working in batches, fry samosas 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
