- 10 oz cremini mushrooms
- 6 oz shiitake mushrooms
- ¾ cup ricotta cheese
- 4 slices crusty bread (sourdough or baguette)
- ½ whole lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup gruyère or parmesan, grated
