Ingredients
- ½ lb ground pork
- ¼ lb shrimp, chopped
- 12 pieces lumpia wrapper (spring roll wrappers)
- ½ cup fried shallots (crispy fried onions)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup (sweetener + tang)
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sriracha or chili sauce

Brown ground pork in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking into small pieces, until cooked through, ~5 minutes.
