Ingredients

  • 2 fillets (6 oz each) salmon fillets, skin-on
  • 1 whole (zested + juiced) lemon
  • 1 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp, chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz asparagus spears
  • ¼ tsp fleur de sel or finishing salt

Instructions

    Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Trim asparagus woody ends.

    Toss asparagus with 0.5 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on air fryer tray.

    Mix lemon zest, dill, parsley, garlic, and 1.5 tbsp oil in a small bowl.

    Spread herb mixture on salmon skin side. Place skin-down on tray with asparagus.

    Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

    Squeeze lemon juice over salmon and asparagus. Sprinkle fleur de sel.
