Ingredients

  • 2 fillets (5-6 oz each) salmon fillets, skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 whole (juiced + zested) lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp (or to taste) salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with olive oil.

    Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic on the flesh side.

    Place skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes.

    Remove from air fryer. Drizzle with lemon juice and zest.
