Ingredients
- 2 fillets (5-6 oz each) salmon fillets, skin-on
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 whole (juiced + zested) lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp (or to taste) salt and black pepper
