Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 rounds pita bread
- 2 rolls bread rolls

Mix flour with 0.5 tsp salt in a bowl, then add water and 1 tbsp oil. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 2 minutes until smooth. Let it rest 5 minutes.

Divide dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each into a thin rope about 10 inches long.

Arrange grissini on a sheet pan. Brush lightly with remaining oil, sprinkle salt. Add pita and rolls to the pan.
