Ingredients
- 100 g store-bought grissini (thin breadsticks)
- ¾ cup whole milk ricotta
- ½ whole lemon
- 1 cup fresh microgreens (or arugula)
- 4 slices sliced baguette
- 3 tbsp olive oil (divided)
