Ingredients
- 4 thighs (about 1.5 lbs) boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp each (or to taste) salt and black pepper
