Ingredients

  • 4 thighs (about 1.5 lbs) boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp each (or to taste) salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    Arrange thighs skin-side up in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin not touching.

    Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes until skin is deep golden and the thickest part reaches 165°F.

    Transfer to a plate. Squeeze half the lemon over the top. Serve hot with remaining lemon wedges.
