Ingredients

  • 8 pieces (about 3 lbs) bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or thyme, chopped)

Instructions

    Pat thighs dry with paper towels. Season all over with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

    Mix Parmesan with a pinch of salt. Coat both sides of each thigh, pressing gently so it sticks.

    Arrange thighs skin-side up in air fryer basket, skin not touching. Work in batches if needed.

    Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes. Skin should be deep golden and crispy; meat registers 165°F.
