Ingredients

  • 8 thighs (about 2 lbs) bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

    Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season all over with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

    Arrange thighs skin-side up in the air fryer basket without crowding (work in batches if needed).

    Air fry at 400°F for 18–20 minutes until skin is golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F.

    Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 60 seconds.
