Ingredients
- 4 pieces (about 1.5 lbs) chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on
- 6 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup sambal oelek or similar chili paste
- 1 whole limes
- ½ cup (loosely packed) fresh Thai basil or regular basil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ cup neutral oil (for frying)
