Ingredients
- 4 count frikandel sausages
- 2 count brioche buns
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp brown mustard
- ½ cup crispy fried onions
- 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Stir mayonnaise and curry powder together until smooth and pale yellow.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 1 minute.

Add frikandels to the hot skillet and cook 8–10 minutes, rolling every 2 minutes, until deep golden brown all over.

Toast the brioche buns in the same skillet 90 seconds per side until golden and crispy.

Spread curry mayo on one bun half, brown mustard on the other. Nestle two frikandels in each bun.

Top with crispy onions and parsley. Serve immediately while the sausages are still steaming.
